Looks like there's something wrong with the Bugzilla attachment mechanism. 
The uploaded files should be named:
editorlist.tar.gz
icons.tar.gz
For some reason, when I click to download them, the default name is entered 
as "showattachment.cgi" If you override this with the names above, you should 
have no trouble extracting the files (I double checked the fact that WinZip 
handles gzip before uploading them).
