[platform-ua-dev] Help search performance in M6

Just a heads-up on Help search performance
in M6. Due to a recent Lucene upgrade, Help won't be able to use pre-built
search indexes and will reindex everything when doing your first search.
This is due to a version mismatch between the Lucene used to pre-index
in the build (M5), and the one used to search (M6). This will only affect
M6.
