The RCP changes for the text component have been released to HEAD. This is a breaking change for the Platform UI component until its RCP changes are released as well. This is a breaking change for higher level components (e.g., JDT UI) until they are adapted to the RCP changes. Migration of the higher level components will be performed based on the upcoming nightly build. See my previous message on the text and jdt ui list.
