[platform-text-dev] RCP conversion

As announced on the eclipse-dev mailing
list we will release the RCP enabled platform tonight. Please make sure
that you have released all your changes for the JDT UI component to HEAD
before we start adapting it to the platform changes. The text component
is still frozen. We will start the migration to the new platform tomorrow
morning 8 AM GMT-1. Please hold off any releases to HEAD after that point
until the migration has been completed and an announcement has been sent
to this list. We hope to be done with the major parts by noon GMT-1. After
that we need to finish the migration by getting rid of deprecation warnings
caused by the migration.
