[platform-swt-dev] Building and uploading the SWT natives

Currently I'm trying to help the WindowBuilder team to setup a Tycho
build. We also have natives which are build on their own platform.

AFAIK the SWT team also does not use a HIPP for their native builds
but uses IBM infrastructure. How do you upload the natives to
Eclipse.org?
