[platform-swt-dev] New JNI generator

For those of you adding code/features
to SWT, the JNI Generator tool is changing to be more user friendly. Here
is a link to instructions in how to use the new tool. It got a plugin face
that should make it easier to work with. Please try it out and log bugs
if you find problems/issues in the tool and/or instructions.
