week is Eclipse 3.5 M2 (and my birthday).  We're shipping an early
access cocoa port with many things working.  Don't break the build!

As noted in <https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=211652>
I’m going to start working on drag and drop in the cocoa port. If you
have any early information you want to share with me, let me know.

I have dragDetect working and will likely check it in tomorrow since it’s
a pretty small change.
