[platform-swt-dev] MenuBar Menus and MenuItems

Hi everybody,
I have got a confusion. I want to display my own menus in the menubar which appears by default in the eclipse environment. To be more specific The file menu should contain all the menuitems of my choice and not the default menu items. Is this possible. Can anybody make me aware how to go about it? Another querry is how to create submenus in the menu which we have extended.
