[platform-swt-dev] How to submit enhancements

Hi

How can I submit suggested enhancements for the Launcher?
I have code for calculating more optimal JVM memory arguments
at start up time, to make best use of the
particular available RAM. It works quite well.

I apologize if this is answered on the archive, but the
archive authentication seems broken at the moment.
