What was the motivation for adding this flag to GC.drawText? It seems that only widgets should allow/need to support mnemonic characters.
Also, the doc for GC.textExtent mentions DRAW_MNEMONIC as one of the valid flags. I wouldn't think it actually makes a difference when measuring text.
