If you look at the page:
http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/index.cgi/%7Echeckout%7E/platform-swt-home/faq.html#browserplatforms

It clearly states Windows & Linux GTK only.  I assume that by Windows,
they are excluding Windows CE or PocketPC.
