Look at the org.eclipse.ui.examples.  The Property Sheet example, the Readme Tool Example, and the Java Editor example all use the TreeViewer.

JFace is not owned by the SWT team.
Also, this mailing list is intended for developers of SWT, not users.

Hello everybody!

I wanted to have a list of items shown in a tree
structure. Thought of using the
org.eclipse.jface.viewers.TreeViewer for the same, but
the following article....

does not succeed in giving a clear explanation to the
usage of tree viewers! Can someone give me a simple
example or the links of other examples of tree viewer
(if any).
