Re: [platform-swt-dev] now available: full Swing and Java 2D integration with SWT/Eclipse

Maybe you just misread it - this is full native Swing support in a subclass of SWT Canvas, with menu, toolbar, Java 2D, Swing internal frames etc. support. Not something I got in the FAQ, or as buggy as OTI:s SWT AWT stuff... ;-)

I apologize if you took offense. I don't think I need to apologize anymore than OTI or IBM does for generating revenue to fund the work, though.

If you need to integrate Swing components, applications or Java 2D code
with your Eclipse-based application, you can do it now. It's very simple to
work with the integration code -- SwingSet2 (a large Sun Swing demo
application) was integrated with SWT code in just 15 minutes with a few
changes in a single file.

For the time being, this is only available commercially, at $1000/project
(US$) as is. Additional consulting $100/hour. Will be available as Open
Source later (of course!). Email lkn@xxxxxxx for more information. And...
sorry for the shameless plug. :-)
