Hi Jonah, The release URL is created on previous Friday of the release after Simrel RC2 is completed. The content will be same as RC2a.
As of now https://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/4.24/ is empty. New release repo gets created this Friday and composite
will get updated just before release(to be exact 9:45 AM on release day). We also remove all the I-builds and their corresponding repositories on the day of release. This would cause the earlier url to go bad.
PS: As soon as the release url is generated, we do update this in simrel.

I can use https://download.eclipse.org/justj/?file=eclipse/ - but even with that I couldn't find an obvious URL. PS.2. The composites in https://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/4.24/ say they have multiple children in the xml, but there aren't any. Is this a bug, if so I will file
