Requesting releng team for a respin.

I've fixed this issue.

I20180502-2000 may be unsuitable for API tools analysis if the compliance level and the active JRE is different.
I have fixed this issue and next build should be fine for API tools.

Please note that it may take upto 2 successful builds for API tools test failures to go away on the build page
( since I build uses previous build's API tool for processing).

There are 1000+ pde api tools error on  I20180502-2000.
