I've pushed a few fixes for test failures
in I20160427-2000.

492268: 5 test failures in org.eclipse.jface.tests.databinding
Bug
492651: AllBrowserTests failed on lin64 in I20160427-2000

These are not critical for M7, but "nice
to have" if there's another rebuild.

The recent DNFs in jdt.core and jdt.ui
tests on Linux had nothing to do with those components, but were just because
the whole test runner infrastructure crashed in pde.build:

492580: Removal of deltapack crashes org.eclipse.pde.build.tests
on Linux and makes some jdt tests DNF
The problem is not yet understood, but
the crashing test suite has been moved to the end.

I agree the regression is bad enough
for a re-spin, and to revert the cause seems a safe course of action. 

I have scheduled a respin for today, 4/28, at 8 AM Eastern. That is still
4 hours away, but I definitely want to slow things down, 
as well as allow time for others to see results of tests, and possibly
include any other last minute fixes for regressions. 

If anyone else does want to include anything else, you must still post
here to platform-releng-dev list to keep everyone informed. 

Let me know (soon) if that timing of 8 AM is not good due to timezones,
etc.

IMHO 492581 is pretty bad, any detached window that gets closed, closes
the IDE.
