I agree the regression is bad enough for
a re-spin, and to revert the cause seems a safe course of action. 

I have scheduled a respin for today,
4/28, at 8 AM Eastern. That is still 4 hours away, but I definitely want
to slow things down, 
as well as allow time for others to
see results of tests, and possibly include any other last minute fixes
for regressions. 

If anyone else does want to include
anything else, you must still post here to platform-releng-dev list to
keep everyone informed. 

Let me know (soon) if that timing of
8 AM is not good due to timezones, etc.

IMHO 492581 is pretty bad, any detached window that gets closed, closes
the IDE.
