[platform-releng-dev] Ready for M6?

Our M6 deliverables are due 3/18, which
means that Sunday 3/13 begins our M6 stabilization week. 

I have updated our build schedule at

I have assumed that Tuesday is our "all
teams, all day" test pass (If that is incorrect due to holidays or
something, let us know). 

And, as always, project leads or their
delegates should reserve some time on Thursday 3/12 to "sign-off"
on the M6 deliverables.
