Re: [platform-releng-dev] 4.6.0 I-Build: I20151208-0800

Thanks David. That brings us back to https://bugs.eclipse.org/401312.
It is really not efficient that everyone has to poll the results page several
times until one gets all results. Usually, this is not that a big deal,
but during milestone week one is eager to see the results as soon as they
are there.DaniFrom:

Linux and Mac tests have finished, by
now. Windows is about to finish (probably 20 to 30 minutes more). Which
is probably obvious. But I write this note to give some back ground, and
some links.
Based on the timestamp of your note, I would not have had expected them
to have finished at that time (at 1:30 Eastern). The build finished at
about 10:15 (Eastern). Two to three hours is normal for "build time".
And then the tests take around 5 hours (or, from 4 to 6 hours). So the
*earliest* you would ever see tests for 8 AM build is 2 PM. Often the tests
are not done and visible until 3 or 4 PM. Even 5 PM is not too abnormal
... but that would be a "time to look" if summary is not visible.
That is, check if "still running" or if something is wrong by
looking at the shared instance of Hudson, at
https://hudson.eclipse.org/shared/view/Eclipse%20and%20Equinox/
I do not have any "pretty pictures" of the builds, but a graphs
of "total elapsed time" for tests are created by Hudson. See
the links below. One reason I point them out is that when a test "times
out", you can see how that adds 2 hours to the times I mention above.

HTH
P.S. In the time it took to write this note, the Windows tests are now
finished. :)
