[platform-releng-dev] M3 Re-build planned for 11 AM (Eastern)

Due to some non-monotonic version issues
(bug
480944 comment 6), we will re-build
our M3 candidate. 

I am currently planning on 11:00 AM
(Eastern), but if anyone else needs a little more time to fix something
else that is serious or regressed, please say, and I can cancel one, and
restart another.
