From IMing with Markus, it's believed this
problem was just due to "missing some qualifier string updates"?
Or, something like that :) 
But, it's close enough to 8 PM that
I think a "build machine only" test build is the best course
of action. That will be just to make sure 
there are no more "failed"
surprises for the 8 PM build ... at least due to reverting things for Bug
436505 .

I'll report in bug, if there are issues
or success.
