Re: [platform-releng-dev] 4.6.0 I-Build: I20150901-0800 - a lot of UI test failures?

https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/55262/ should fix 7 of the failing tests. I'm investigating remaining 2.
A question that arised in my head is shouldn't we remove IPluginDescriptor + friends (or at least the methods known to throw NPE now) instead of keeping them and knowing that everyone calling them will see NPEs.
