Re: [platform-releng-dev] 4.6.0 I-Build: I20150901-0800 - a lot of UI test failures?

I would love to IPluginDescriptor + friends to avoid problems during
runtime but PMC would need to decide that we can remove this non
working API.

My currently plan is to mark them at least for deletion
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=475944 and to update the
Javadoc and make the methods Noop via
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=476403.
