FWIW, 

Besides this fix, many of the Gerrit
jobs need their "mx" increased, and need to move to "Java
8" (Or, increase max perm space, if someone really wanted to stay
Java 7 runtime).

does the master pom need an update? Our Gerrit build trigger
are failing, telling us the update site for RC3 does not exists.
