Test failure explanations:

* ua.tests.doc: typo from the following doc change (fixed
in master):
Bug
467583: Add new extension points to org.eclipse.platform|jdt.doc.isv

* releng.tests: (dirtReport file has increased in size)
is due to the same change, but this is expected.
I've updated the standardDirtReport.txt in master to make
the test green.

* jdt.ui.tests: was a temporary network problem.
