Thanks Markus. Besides this bug, then,
I know there is another involving "legal files" which I believe
has already been committed (Bug 465871)
Plus, 
Tom and I are going to look at some of the "decreased
version" problems (Bug 465876),
and see if they can safely be included in a re-spin. 
(It would be perfectly safe ... but, think we all know
sometimes the feature comparator doesn't quite work as we expect, 
and a small chance an increase in a low level deeply nested
feature ends up requiring a 'tough' of a higher level feature that is hard

to predict.)

If anyone thinks that's too risky, or the hour and a half
delay is too long, let us know, and I'll schedule immediately.

Even though Unit tests are still running, I've created the 'sign off' bug
for M7:

465869 - Declare Mars
M7 

... and beyond: 

Remember there are no more "N-builds" -- we will have daily I-builds
instead, through our RC cycle, 8 PM (Eastern) most days. See our build
schedule for details -- for
both build times, and days designated as "all day, all teams"
test passes in our Mars
(4.5) endgame plan.
