I guess it's because by default, build will consume the N-Builds, which are not the most recent in this phase of the release. So the job needs to be updated to consume the I-Builds until 4.5 is out. Then it will be necessary to get back to the N-Builds for the 4.6 stream.
I have the impression that switching froim N-Builds to I-Builds at this point of the release has a cost of adaptation (and same thing when getting back to N-Builds after the release). What is the benefit of this change?
