The many false positives are due to the fact that our bundles are missing source references with the switch to Git.

It is currently only running in the 3.8 stream build. From a given build page, go to "test results", then "Release engineering build logs", and then "comparatorlog.txt". I currently see lots of entries in there so there may be something wrong with it. This log will also show some false positives.  The *real* comparator failures show up as a JUnit test failure so they are fairly obvious when they happen.
