Hi Kim,

There's a typo on Friday's Performance baselines build which should read:
"... from perf_36x branch" instead.

I also think we should remove the performance run for the Thursday nightly
build.
Then, on each Friday morning , we would have a chance to reboot the
performance machines which often fall into a weird state (especially
Windows ones).
Hence, we should have clean results for the following baseline, HEAD and
maintenance performance runs...

I've tagged the version of the org.eclipse.releng project and builder
projects that were used to build 3.6 as R3_6.  I've also branched the R3_6
version of these projects to R3_6_maintenance.  I'm in the process of
tagging all versions of the projects that were used to build 3.6 but this
will take a day or so.  If you need them sooner, please branch your
projects from the versions in R3_6 of org.eclipse.releng.

I've updated the build schedule to reflect times for 3.7 integration builds
and 3.6.1 maintenance builds which will start next week.
