[platform-releng-dev] performance results

The performance results are missing from the I20091103-0941 build. Our IT staff changed the authentication mechanism on the performance database machine yesterday which meant that the databases were started in read only mode by accident. Sorry about this, and I've fixed this for today's maintenance build.
