[platform-releng-dev] 3.6M1 build schedule

The build schedule has been updated
to reflect the the builds toward 3.6M1 next week.  Please note that
there will be a warm-up integration build this Thursday night in place
of the nightly build.  This will allow teams to verify their changes
on Friday morning.  Monday August 3 and Tuesday 4  are holidays
for the IBM Ottawa team.
