The p2 tests failed because the platform
zips are missing.  In my zeal to delete remove the rcp zips, I accidently
removed the part of the build that zips up the platform and platform sdk
zips.  I've scheduled a rebuild to start at 13:00 to address this
issue.

The releng tests because the help and
p2 user ui feature versions need to be incremented.   I'll fix the
help feature.  I've opened this bug for the p2.user.ui feature
