Yes, they're being pushed to the mirrors.  

However, the artifacts.jar doesn't have the mirror url specified automatically by the build process.

Are these builds being pushed out to the new p2 IBuild repo?

They appear to be as I can run:
% wget http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/3.6-I-builds/compositeContent.jar
and get the updated repository.  However, when I try to get the actual IBuild:

% http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/3.6-I-builds/I20090630-0800/content.jar

It fails about 1/2 the time. It seems that download.eclipse.org is redirected to mirrors for this?

$ wget http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/3.6-I-builds/I20090630-0800/content.jar

Should these be going to mirrors?
