Are these builds being pushed out to the new p2 IBuild repo?

They appear to be as I can run:
% wget http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/3.6-I-builds/compositeContent.jar
and get the updated repository.  However, when I try to get the actual IBuild:

% http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/3.6-I-builds/I20090630-0800/content.jar

It fails about 1/2 the time. It seems that download.eclipse.org is redirected to mirrors for this?

Should these be going to mirrors?
