[platform-releng-dev] performance results

The performances results for last night's build weren't generated. I can't regenerate them because the build artifacts were automatically deleted. I've changed the build script to so the artifacts aren't automatically deleted fo tonight's build. This will allow me to regenerate them manually and determine the source of the problem.
