The UI test failure is being tracked
in https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=208395

However as this is a timing dependant
test we believe it is to do with the test machine issues rather than a
problem with the test or our code. Should this test continue to fail we
will pull it.
