I'm investigating why the windows tests
took so long.  

Currently, the tests for the I20071101-0010
build are running.

The test results are not appearing in
order due to

The JDT Text tests did not finish. No idea why. They
passed in the previous
build (I20071031-0010) and we did not contribute to this build.
Also, there seems to be something terribly wrong as it now takes over 20
hours after the build started to get the test results.
