The UI test is an issue with the test
framework on the Mac that we are continuing to investigate and we will
pull the test until we have figured out the issue. This does not affect
the quality of the build and so Platform UI and SWT say go for 3.3.1.

is re-running the tests right now to see if this is a problem we should
delay declaring for.

The CVS failue is an intermitant failure that is being tracked in bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=198382.
The build is still good from a Team/CVS starndpoint.
