The UI test appears to be an intermittent
failure as well but we have re-opened https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=43538
to investigate.  Kim is re-running the tests right now to see if this
is a problem we should delay declaring for.

The CVS failue is an intermitant failure that is being tracked in bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=198382.
The build is still good from a Team/CVS starndpoint.
