The failures are caused by fixing
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=172146 where an API now
correctly throws the spec'ed exception. This wasn't caught in the file
buffer tests. As this API is only called in the tests the build is good. I
have adjusted the tests in HEAD.

If you take the test plugin provided by the build in the
eclipse-Automated-Tests-I20070403-1110.zip
do you the tests still pass?
The problem seems to be that these files are not created - I have verified
by rerunning the tests and looking at the test machine
/buildtest/I20070403-1110/eclipse-testing/test-eclipse/eclipse/core_filebuffers_folder/project/folderA/folderB/NonExistingWorkspaceFile
This file would not be able to be created since the tests run as a test
user who doesn't have rights to create the files in /
/project/folderA/folderB/WorkspaceFile

Yes, I saw that the .log entry is gone but the 15 tests that fail are the
same and they pass on our WinXP and Linux boxes.

Dani, the issue with long qualifiers on in the build was fixed last week.

The file buffer test failures are those that happen for a week now (since
N20070328-0010). I cannot give the GO/green for this I-build as those tests
didn't run correctly for a week now on the test machines and since they I
do not have feedback whether the they would indeed pass or fail.
