The JDT APT test failure is innocuous.  It is fixed in HEAD and has been released in the map files as well, but didn't make it in time for this respin.

Due to the respinning of the 
milestone build, the results of the integration build were inadvertently 
forgotten. 

The releng tests failures 
are the result of a a javadoc error on in platform ui which has since been 
fixed.

so, could teams please comment on their tests failures so we can proceed with a
