One of the releng test failures is due
to a missing about.html in org.eclipse.core.resources.linux.  Two
 releng test failures are due to missing files in org.eclipse.rcp,
which we have fixed.  

The performance results from this build
are not available yet due to the changes in the shape of swt.  We
have to update our classpath in the tests and regenerate the test results.
