[platform-releng-dev] all drops will included in 8pm build

The drops I removed from the 4:15pm build will be created in the 8pm build. In addition, the build page doesn't display links for the swt and releng zips for the 4:15 pm build. This will be fixed for he 8pm build. If you need swt and releng zips, they are accessible via ftp.
