Two of help plug-ins:
org.eclipse.help
org.eclipse.help.webapp
have code changes for 2.1.1 release.  I have updated these plug-in's
versions to 2.1.1.

Please update features containing the two plugins to reflect that change.

2.1.1 stream builds will take place Wednedays at 8:00 EDT on a weekly basis
starting April 30, as indicated in the updated build schedule:

For teams contributing to 2.1.1 builds, please be reminded that plugin
versions that are incremented also need to be incremented in their
corresponding features.  Please let me know if you require assistance in
