[platform-releng-dev] what tools are used to manage the Eclipse project builds?

In my day job I working on a large (70 developer) project with a monolithic
automated build. I like the style of the Eclipse unit test results and
daily, integration, and stable builds. What software / processes are used to
manage these builds? Is this an OTI process? Is this documented somewhere?
