Fw: [platform-doc-dev] Commit rights for Michael Rennie

Michael Rennie has been nominated for
commit rights to the platform and JDT doc components.  Voting was
held on platform-doc-dev, where he received five +1 votes for platform
doc, and three +1 votes for JDT doc.  There have been no dissenting
or abstaining votes.  Based on this result, I ask the PMC to proceed
with granting Michael these new commit rights. Michael is an existing committer
on the platform debug component.  His eclipse.org user name is "mrennie",
and the unix groups in question are plat-doc and jdt-doc.
