Yes, that works. I thought it would be easier to add a new CSS category rather than duplicate all of the right-click references. For example there are about 130 "right-click" references in Red Hat's version of the Workstation User's Guide. (I cite our version as we specify right-clicking rather than saying, "Access the context menu...".)

Can't we use existing classes and write:
<p class="default_ws">right-click</p>

<p class="gtk">right-click</p>

<p class="carbon">Control + Click</p>
