Susan fixed all copyrights on platform.doc.isv last night.
We'll be making a pass shortly to fix all the copyrights for the
platform.doc.user, jdt.doc.user, and jdt.doc.isv, and pde.doc.user.

[platform-doc-dev] I have done a quick pass over the gettingStarted
section of the user guide...
... to update some of the text for R3.0.
A couple of points:
- The results are still not great. It's better than we had, but post-R3.0
we should look at all this content again.
- The copyright notices all still say:

2003. All Rights Reserved." border="0" width="324" height="14"></a>
I was going to try to fix this, but there doesn't appear to be a
ngibmcpy2004.gif yet. In any case, I suspect that all the files (not just
the ones I edited) need to be updated, since they likely all have new
images.
