[platform-doc-dev] Cannot open documentation

First I want to appologize in case my post is innaproppiate for this
list but I cannot find a better one.
My problem: I cannot open the documentation for Eclipse (2.1.3, 3.0
M7).
I have Win 98 SE and Sun JDK 1.4.2.0.3 installed; Internet Explorer
cannot find the server. I have tried to reinstall the JDK, installing
Sun JRE 1.4.1, both with Opera 7.23 and IE, changing the ports etc. but
nothing works.
The second problem is that both browsers doesn't even open a .jsp file
correctly (only as text file). I think this has nothing to do with the
server not found error. This might lead to a JDK or IE installation
issue but I reinstalled both and nothing helped.
Does anybody know how I can run the documentation?
