[platform-doc-dev] TOC titles x page titles

I was checking the consistency between titles in the table of contents and the corresponding pages. I found mostly differences in capitalization (Foo menu x Foo Menu) and in the use of dashes (plug-in x plugin), but there are also cases where the titles' texts are not the same.

Instead of opening a PR, I decided to post a list of topics containing problems here, since they are not restricted to a specific component (and no single person could fix them all). So far I have checked only the Workbench User Guide.
